About the Institute

Chouksey Engineering College, Bilaspur, established in 2001 under the aegis of the H. K. Kalchuri Educational Trust and a constituent of the renowned LNCT Group, is dedicated to academic excellence and inclusive quality education. Guided by its motto, "Working towards being the Best," the institution has consistently strengthened its academic framework through experienced faculty, modern laboratories, and a research-oriented learning environment.

The college stands out as the only private group in Bilaspur with both NBA (National Board of Accreditation) and with B++ NAAC accreditation, positioning it among the leading private engineering institutions in Chhattisgarh.

About the Department

The B.Tech program in Civil Engineering at Chouksey Engineering College was introduced in 2005 and is one of the institution’s pioneering and flagship programs. Over the years, it has earned a strong reputation in the state and stands as the only NBA-accredited Civil Engineering program in the region.

Supported by experienced faculty, modern laboratories, and a research-driven environment, the department actively engages in fundamental and applied research, consultancy services, and government-funded R&D projects with real-world impact. The program is committed to academic excellence and professional competence in planning, design, and construction of sustainable infrastructure.

Instructions

Prospective authors from academia, research institutions, and industry are cordially invited to submit their original, unpublished full papers to the National Conference on Engineering Tomorrow: Sustainability and Innovation in Modern Engineering Practice. Papers should present novel research contributions, comprehensive survey/review works, or practical industrial applications relevant to all disciplines of engineering.

Contributions addressing sustainability and innovation in modern engineering practices are highly encouraged, including but not limited to the conference's broad thematic areas focused on tackling global challenges through sustainable and intelligent engineering solutions.

Format & Guidelines:

Submit original full paper (maximum 3 pages in template / max 5-page absolute limit).
Format: DOCX, PDF (for camera ready).
Similarity score must be below 25%.

Initial Screening

Submitted papers undergo an initial check for scope, originality, and formatting compliance. Papers outside the conference scope or failing to meet format requirements may be desk-rejected.

Peer Review

Each paper is typically reviewed by at least two independent reviewers based on specific criteria.

At least one of the authors must complete an author registration by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline for their paper to be included in the conference's final program. One author registration covers only one paper.
No refunds will be made (in any case) for any registration category.
Registration fee includes: A registration kit, refreshments (morning and evening), 2 lunches, a presentation slot, a copy of the conference proceedings, a presentation certificate, and entry to all technical sessions.
